What is true success?

I just watched this Ted talk by Coach John Wooden, who lead his team, UCLA, to record wins that are still unmatched in the world of basketball.

As a teacher, he tells in his talk, he felt the need to redefine the word "success" because he felt that the definition as was in the dictionary didn't suffice.

He goes on to an amazing talk, about how he defined success, how he applied 3 main rules to his life and his team as well, and through use of poetry he gives an amazing insight into things which one should know as common-place.
